Shipping and Returns

Home Delivery

All orders are shipped to your door via courier.

  • Delivery time: Up to 5 business days, starting one day after the order is placed.

  • Deliveries are made to areas covered by the courier company, subject to their policies.

  • During busy periods, such as before and during holidays and in November–December (“online shopping season”), delays may occur.

Shipping cost:

  • Orders over 249 ₪ → Free shipping

  • Orders up to 249 ₪ → 35 ₪

Exchanges and Returns

Want to exchange a size or return a product? It’s easy 🤍

  • Products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, as long as the product is unused and in its original packaging.

  • How it works:

    1. Contact us via email: hello@molimaro.com or WhatsApp: 055-2882869.

    2. We will coordinate pickup with a courier (our courier company only) – pickup cost: 35 ₪.

    3. If the return/exchange is due to our mistake, it’s free of charge.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with consumer protection law.

  • To cancel, send a cancellation message via WhatsApp: 055-2882869 or email: hello@molimaro.com.

  • After receiving the returned product, refunds will be processed within 14 business days.

  • Cancellation fee: 5% of the product price or 100 ₪ – whichever is lower.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the cancellation is due to a defect or our mistake.

  • If the product is already with the customer, a courier will be arranged for pickup at a cost of 35 ₪ (our courier only).
